FAQ
1. For instance, if I have FOB-GHANA at 10.0 kgs, will I be able to ship it (through your company) to anywhere in the World even though I am foreigner?
Yes
2. How much will be the total costs (customs duties, Ghana Mineral commission, etc) in shipping and under whose name will be the shipper?
The shipping cost will be a percentage of the total value on the lbma (london bullion market association) at day of transaction and our company’s shall be the shipper and client’s name or company shall be the consignee.
3. Can you pick up the Gold from the seller or he needs to bring it to your premises?
Your seller must bring the gold to our premises at the airport for assaying and onward shipment.
4. How long will it take you to process the weight of dory bars until the AWB (air waybill) is done?
Same day if we receive payment and gold before 11am but next business day after receiving after 11am.
5. How long does it take you to ship the Gold?
Only if we receive the gold for assay at our airport office facility before 12pm, will same day shipment (excluding weekends) be done.
6. What set of shipping documents will be accomplished for export?
Certificate of origin, ownership, movement, commercial invoice & packing list, assay report, airway bill (freight & insurance)
7. Can the gold be taken to your warehouse for safekeeping while the process of buying/selling is in going as such?
Due to security reasons, we do not keep gold in our custody for more than 48 hours.
